Located in Greenwood Indiana. We picked up the East St. Project were the previous developer left off. Tucked away in a nature preserve, we worked with the city to connect the walking trails on this project to the cities walking trails that are immediately behind our property and lead to two Parks. We took over the bonds and cleaned up the previous developers commitments to the city. We finalized an O&M manual for the Pond and reestablished an elevation and plot/site plan. We then constructed a second quad plex with modern/custom finishes. Once complete this gated community will boast 7 Quads and 28 units in a private park like setting.

Walker Place is located in downtown Indianapolis Indiana. Picking up where a past developer left off we quickly went to work to change the architectural floor plan and layout. We added several modern features and brought in our design team to pick out the right finishes. 22 New units will be built. Each having 3 bedroom and 2 baths. This Multi family / patio home community is a great addition to downtown.
One of the more unique projects was the buildout of a Brewery that used to be the site of a popular bar called "The Blind Pig". During the demo we found a secret basement and a hidden room with shredded money on the floor. Over 6000 sqf. of space was taken to a brick shell of a building and restored keeping the integrity of an early 20th century building while achieving the early 21st century aesthetic. Our crew worked hand in hand with the head brewmaster to create the dream brewery setting for production and distribution of their handcrafted beers. We also finished out the tap room and axe throwing facilities to produce a polished and hip, yet safe environment for the Tap and Axe throwing concept.
Birchwood Park was a large development consisting of 66 Acres of agriculturally zoned land. After replat it consisted of 128 lots. We worked with the city and local officials to rezone and reshape the nicest piece of land left in Franklin Township Indiana. We worked to preserve a legacy lot on the southwest corner of the land that had been an old farm house with several out buildings. We divided the project into 3 different sections to diversify and attract the right composition of density for the neighborhood. We completed all necessary improvements in record time with the help of our partners and vendor's. Improvements included obtaining utility easements for adjacent properties, sewer installation. water/electrical/gas installation, walking trails, streets, and retention ponds. We also corrected the land for proper elevation and drainage for our community and the community around ours.
Old buildings are always a fun challenge. This building was no different. Over 6000 Sqf. of space to be remodeled and not a straight line in the building led to us coordinating with architects, engineers, and a design team to take this building from a brick shell to a finished office space with an upstairs option for residential apartments or condos. We worked with the City of Greenwood Indiana to reimagine this downtown historically registered building. We worked diligently to blend our project into the current buildings of Old town revitalization plans while still achieving a chic urban vibe.
